If I place an order for pick-up, where do I pick-up my item?
Once you place your pick-up order, we will be in touch via email to schedule your pick-up time at our farm located at 1750 North Valley Road in Malvern, PA 19355. Please do not pick-up your item prior to scheduling your pick-up. Please be aware that we will not have staff available to help load items. We also do not provide straps, bungee cords or blankets to secure your item so please make sure to bring your own. If you have any questions email email@example.com
When will your next in-person barn sale at Willowbrook Farm be held?
Like everyone, we're unsure how the next few weeks will unfold but we're looking forward to opening up our barn as soon as we can once we feel it is safe to do so. The health of our community is our top priority so until we are able to open our barn again, check our online shop regularly for new products being posted every few days. I’m looking for a specific piece of décor or furniture and I don’t see it in your shop, do you do sourcing?
Yes! If you are working on a home décor or remodeling project and are looking for something in particular, we can try to source that item for you. Please contact us here with details on what you’re looking for and we will look for you when we are out on the road picking and hunting.
Do you accept returns?
All sales are final. While we don't accept returns, we do want you to love your item as much as we do. If you're concerned about the items you've received, please reach out to us within 2 days of receiving them.
