It’s the most wonderful time of the year! We cannot wait to welcome you to our Holiday Preview Party and 10th Anniversary Celebration! There is nothing quite as magical as visiting and experiencing our barn while it’s fully bedecked and bejeweled in all of its holiday glory with seasonal décor, unique holiday gifts, home accessories and vintage treasures. Artfully displayed throughout the barn, you’ll find pieces that will grace your home all through the year, treasures that will add holiday cheer to your seasonal décor and special gifts that are sure to make a loved one smile…all of them will delight in their originality and beauty!
Our Holiday Preview Party will be bigger and better than ever this year, as we’ll be pulling out all the stops to celebrate Life’s Patina’s 10th Anniversary! In addition to receiving exclusive early access to shop our barn FIRST before the general public, you’ll also enjoy many celebratory surprises during your visit, including delicious seasonal fare, specialty cocktails, a hot chocolate bar, hand-painted Christmas cookies, a fire pit, live music from local musicians, food and art from local purveyors, one-of-a-kind raffles and more! Stay tuned to our social media pages over the next few weeks as we share more details about what we have planned.
We are offering two different timeslots for this year’s Holiday Preview Party on Wednesday, November 10th:
- Holiday Preview Brunch from 11 am – 1:30 pm
- Holiday Preview Cocktail Party from 6 pm – 8:30 pm

A portion of raffle ticket costs and sales will benefit the 2021 T&E Care Holiday Drive. T&E Care is an all-volunteer organization with a mission to lend assistance to persons in need in and around the Tredyffrin and Easttown township areas. The T&E Care Holiday Drive supports local families in need, with food, household items, clothing, toys and pajamas for the holidays. The Holiday Drive is completely fueled by donations from our community. Last year this program brought joy through its gift deliveries to over 140 local families. The need is greater this year and we are excited to be a part of delivering holiday magic to even more families.
Please keep in mind that this is an indoor and outdoor event. Please dress appropriately for cool weather. Parking is in a field which can get wet and muddy so boots or appropriate footwear is recommended. Masks are required.
If weather looks inclement, please check our website and social media pages before heading out in case of cancellation. The rain date for the Holiday Preview Party is Thursday, November 11th. Thank you!
