Years ago, prior to indoor plumbing, a wash stand would hold a bowl and pitcher set. Water was saved in the pitcher, then poured into the bowl for personal hygiene use. This antique wash bowl displays a beautiful blue floral transferware pattern. Spotting and cracks created from production as well as love over the years. Use as intended or use as a large fruit bowl in your kitchen! Hand wash please.
