Looks like a wine bottle cork, but made from resin to resemble an actual cork. Reads "Bouteilles a la propriete" which translates to "Bottles at the property". It has a split in the top where a card can be inserted to guide a guest to their place at the table, or use them to identify buffet food or cheeses. Each measures 2 x 7/8"
