All sales are final. While we don't accept returns, we do want you to love your item as much as we do. If you're concerned about the items you've received, please reach out to us within 2 days of receiving them.

We currently ship domestically in the contiguous US (not available in Hawaii or Alaska) through FedEx, USPS, and UPS depending on the item, weight and destination.

Once your order has been received, we make every effort to ship it out within 1-3 business days.

After placing your pick-up order, we'll contact you via email with details on when and where to pick up your items.

Typically, you can collect most items from our Life's Patina Mercantile & Cafe at 1657 Art School Road, Chester Springs, PA.

However, larger furniture pieces will need to be picked up at our Life's Patina Barn & Garden at Willowbrook Farm, located at 1750 North Valley Road, Malvern, PA.
