There is something magical about an August evening at the farm. The vegetable garden is overflowing, herbs perfume the warm air, and the season invites us to slow down, gather together, and savor every bite.

Join us on Wednesday, August 5th from 6–8:30 PM for a beautiful hands-on cooking experience inspired by the timeless simplicity of the Tuscan countryside. Together, we’ll begin with a stroll through the Life’s Patina gardens, harvesting the freshest vegetables, herbs, and seasonal ingredients before bringing our baskets into our pool house kitchen—a welcoming space designed for gathering, cooking, and connecting.

Guided by acclaimed cookbook author and Italian-American culinary expert Stacy Adimando, you’ll learn to prepare a collection of vibrant summer dishes inspired by Tuscany—a region where meals are built around the beauty of fresh, seasonal ingredients. Stacy will share the techniques, traditions, and stories that have shaped her family’s Italian cooking for generations as we create a seasonal menu highlighting the very best of the garden.

As the evening unfolds, we’ll gather around the table for a family-style dinner featuring the dishes we’ve prepared together. Enjoy an abundant spread of seasonal produce, fresh bread and Tuscan-inspired spreads complemented by a delicious grilled entrée and side and finished with a delicious seasonal dessert. A curated selection of wines will be offered throughout the evening as we celebrate the simple joy of good food, beautiful surroundings, and meaningful conversation—the heart of Italian hospitality.

Whether you love to cook, dream of wandering through the Italian countryside, or simply enjoy sharing memorable meals with friends, we hope you’ll join us for this unforgettable summer evening at the farm.

Rain Date: Thursday, August 6th. While we hope for a beautiful summer evening, Mother Nature always has the final say. If needed, we’ll gather together the following evening at the same time. Please note that tickets are non-refundable if you are unable to attend the scheduled rain date.
